Correctly prepared orders are printed, packed and ready for dispatch within 24 hours of arrival. The ‘Next Day’ delivery times below refers to when we expect your parcel will be delivered once it has left our premises.

eg. If an order arrives here on a Tuesday it will be printed that night and leave Wednesday, therefore if you request a ‘Next Day’ option you should receive it on Thursday.

No collections or deliveries Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. Deliveries to outlying areas or abroad may take longer.

To order prints from us at ProAm Imaging please follow the guidelines for preparing your files detailed on our website. Then either use our FTP upload service or print out our order form, which should be completed and sent with the prepared CD containing your images to: ProAm Imaging Ltd. 17 Northgate Bradford BD1 3JR.


When sending in your first order, please ensure that you include your full contact details: name, address, telephone number and email address. An email address is required so that we can let you know when there are new colour profiles to download.

Please be aware that most packages containing a CD require the new 'large' stamp. Normal 1st or 2nd class stamps might attract a "postage due" sticker, which not only costs £1 plus the missing few pence postage, but delays your order arriving by two or more days.

So that we can continue to offer competitive prices, we try to keep our administration costs to a minimum. For this reason could you please either send a cheque with your order or attach your credit/debit card details. Please do not forget to add postage and packing costs to your order.

If paying by card please note that new credit/debit card handling rules prohibit our keeping your security number (last 3 digits on the signature strip) on file. It is therefore essential that you include this information with every order you send. We will keep the rest of your card details (card number, start/end dates etc.) on file as before but without your security number we will not be able to take payment and dispatch your order. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but we have no option but to follow this new initiative from the card handling companies which is designed to help combat card fraud.

All prints sent out first class post are at the photographers risk and ProAm accepts no responsibility for loss or damage. Alternatively work can be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (all small orders up to £10 and larger orders to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel and Scilly Isles) or by Fedex. In both these cases consignments are covered by compensation of up to £250.00 for loss or damage. Packages to the Republic of Ireland up to an order value of £55.00 are sent by Royal Mail whilst larger consignments are dispatched via City Link.

By the act of placing an order with ProAm Imaging Ltd the customer confirms that they hold the copyright of the images contained therein.

Your order will receive the greatest care and attention whilst in out laboratory but in the unlikely event of loss or damage however caused, ProAm Imaging Ltd, will not accept any liability. Customers are advised to keep a back up copy of all data until the completed order has been returned.
