Troubleshooting

Customers using the Perceptual intent setting may experience an unwanted colour shift. We recommend the Relative Colorimetric setting for most images but especially for wedding and portrait work where skin tones are particularly important. The perceptual setting is mainly used where there is a dominant single colour.

Monitor Calibration

Before these profiles will give a reliable screen image the monitor must be calibrated. See monitor calibration for further instructions.
